Refund Policy

1. Return Eligibility

We proudly stand behind the quality of our archival garments. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags attached. Custom pieces and archival prints are non-refundable.

2. The Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact our curation team through our contact page with your order number and details. We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and instructions on how to send your items back to our studio.

3. Refunds and Processing Timelines

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.

4. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are materially defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email to our contact address for a prompt resolution.
